Anchor Orthodontics is growing. Founder Dr. Courtney Lavigne and Dr. Lauren Cardarelli are looking for an orthodontist to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Providence office. Part time or full time. Airway first, always.

We're hiring an orthodontist for our Providence office, part time or full time. We'd rather find the right candidate than the right schedule, so if the fit is there, we'll build the hours around you. You'd be working in a brand-new, state-of-the-art office with a fully digital workflow, 3D-printed appliances, and a team that runs it beautifully.
The ideal candidate is either already immersed in the airway world or excited to get there. If you're earlier in that journey, Dr. Courtney Lavigne will fund your education in research-based airway approaches and mentor you personally. She lectures nationally on airway orthodontics, and it shapes how we plan treatment for every single patient.
The clinical mix here is hard to find anywhere else: Phase 1 heavy, with 3D-printed LightForce braces, Invisalign, adult palate expansion (MARPE), and surgically facilitated cases. You'd practice alongside Dr. Lauren Cardarelli in Providence, with a second office in Wakefield serving South County.
Dr. Lavigne is a board-certified orthodontist and an Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AAACD), a distinction held by fewer than 1% of dentists worldwide. She is the only practitioner in the country who holds both. Dr. Cardarelli is a UConn-trained, board-certified orthodontist with published research and a Chief Resident year behind her. This is a doctor-owned, specialist-only practice. No corporate dentistry, no DSO.
